It's dinner group day again! Time to cook for lotso peeps! I made honey-lime chicken enchiladas. Delicious? Yes. My future husband is one lucky guy because I'm a freaking awesome cook! Except that I was too lazy to clean out the food chilling under the burner. So that slight coloring you see under the pot is not the burner. It's a flame! I think it may have been a piece of pasta under there? One may never know.Monday, November 1, 2010
